Oh my gosh!! I have wanted these for so long. I bake a lot. These mats save me so much time and a bonus, removing a little more of my carbon tuition. Easy to clean and store.

Perfect cookies and easy clean up!
These mats are great. Cookies are perfectly baked. Crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. The mats lie flat on a cookie sheet. No butter or spray is needed. Nothing sticks to the mats. They rinse clean easily after a light wipe with a soapy sponge. I dry them right away with a paper towel and store them flat.
