I really like this headset. Very comfortable, create noise cancelation and isolation. I can have music going in the back ground and it doesn't get picked up. My only grip is that occasionally it has difficulty turning on. I have to cycle the switch few times to get it to actually start up. Just a 20 second slow down but not ideal.

I’ve used this head set everyday for a year. Highly recommend great at blocking out background noise for you and ppl you’re talking with.

This version is absolutely disappointing! All the controls have now moved to one side which means you have to be very aware of how many times you press the earpiece pad for what you want to do & where and have to do it with a precise quickness to capture the right command. So I am always accidentally doing the wrong thing. Hanging up on people, not getting the right device, not pausing, etc. Getting the right time and location and amount of presses is really difficult let alone when lost in thought while zoned in on work. This version does not pause audio and videos automatically when taking off like my previous version so when paired with the above very user unfriendly press commands, I find the headset useless. The older versions would flawlessly pause any and all apps playing on my phone both iPhone and Android and laptop as well as reliably mute me when I removed from head. These do not do that. This pair fairly easily connects to an iPhone without issue and automatically works. It also easily connects to laptop but as a speaker or microphone does not reliably work well. Even when I make it the default for everything on both my personal and work laptop, it sometimes works. Sometimes the audio works but not the mic and vice versa. It does not mute me when I remove my headset. If I want to use my computer to charge this headset by connecting it via a cable to my laptop, it will not turn off. I will turn the switch on the headset to the off position and audio on my computer still plays through the headset and cannot get the audio to reroute through my computer or other connected speakers and mics. The noise cancellation has 3 levels. Off, mid, and higher. I do not notice any difference between the mid and higher levels. I notice no improvement over older versions. People on calls with me report no difference and possibly worse than older versions. I find it comfortable to wear but not any more than older versions. It still falls off head when looking down or leaning back. However, I think this is the trade off from the headsets that fit tight and create that suction cup feeling on my eardrums that make them ache and sore. Similar to the older versions, these do not make my ears or eardrums hurt like so many others. I am disappointed to report that this newer version seems to be a regression in quality instead of an improvement. Do not waste your money. Choose a different product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great reviews on and off Amazon. Functionality: Easy to setup and use with multiple devices. Quality sound and noise cancelling. Wireless is great to not be tethered to one spot. Quality: Excellent Bluetooth connectivity: Perfect Value for money: Great price compared to similar devices. The charging dock is handy and keeps things clutter-free.

I just bought this because my original Focus has a breaking headband and reduced battery performance (I'll miss ya, buddy!) and while this one sounds as great as the original when listening to music or movies, it has issues that I have not been able to resolve: • It randomly disconnects and then usually immediately reconnects to my computer (which is connected the the USB dongle). • My original Focus sensor system would let the cell phone detect when I wasn't wearing it, so an incoming call automatically used the phone's audio system. Not so with this one... if the headset is on but I'm not wearing it, and I answer an incoming phone call, I hear nothing, because the phone is still pushing the call to the headset (even if it's in another room). So I might seek a replacement, hoping it's just a bad unit, or I may return it and get one of the many, many other options out there.

All the reviews I read off there headphones were amazing and that’s what prompted me to purchase them, but the 1st pair noise cancellation wasn’t working at all! Could hear every piece of noise even a whisper. 2nd pair comes and it’s working fine for 2months and now my headset always stuck in mute mode, can’t get it to work. Didn’t drop, didn’t get wet, never moved away from my desk. Battery life isn’t the best either. Same day I bought these for $175 and soon as I purchased the price dropped immediately to $160. Now after 2 broken headsets I have to get a refund. I work from home now I have to miss some days because my new headset isn’t working and I have to wait for a new pair to arrive. But I have to return these broke pair in order to get my $175 back smh

Fonctionnent bien. Souvent les Écouteurs me donnent mal sur le côté de la tête, pas celui-ci. Le micro ne capte pas les sons autour de moi. Parfait pour les aires ouvertes.

Es muy buena la cancelación de ruido regularmente tengo conferencia en planta y el ruido provocado por las máquinas es muy alto pero con estos audífonos sin problemas puedo tomar conferencias y juntas del trabajo, el único pero es que son incómodos después de usarlos por más de 3 horas

Bluetooth does not work for a surface computer. I am having worst experience with this device. Such a waste of money. And bluetooth dongle comes in 175 dollars. What a joke.

I've bought one to use for daily work back in May 2023. It has a fair sound and mic quality, although not a great noise cancelation and not a great mic protection either. While I'm not too concern about the noise cancelation since I rarely find myself in a situation where I would need it, the windy noises do pass throught the microphone and it is something the Sony MX5 is significantly better than this. The built quality is shady, at this point the head band is just a vague piece of rubber. It's still good to use and it doesn't make your head or ears hurt, but I was expecting it to last longer. Lately I've been having some issues with teams on and off, but that may be due to Teams itself. Never had bluetooth connection issues (I use the dongle anyhow), and it works well with the cable as well. All in all, and considering I spent from 8-10 hours with it per day, it would be a good purchase. The 3 star is because the price tag was 236€ and I don't think it was worth the price. I see it now at 120€, and for this money it's something that with extensive use will last you about 2-3 years.
