Pretty soft , i used it in my car for console. And one on the arm of a chair for cushion .

This have really came in handy in saving my elbows. I work 10.5 hr days and just resting my elbows on my desk has taken a toll on them. I started developing very sore elbows by the end of the days. I have not had sore elbows since I got and started using these pads. They are just the right amount of thickness so it doesn't throw off my typing and driving my shoulders up an aggravate them. Great buy I will buy more for my desk at home.

Nice little cushions, im using 1 for an elbow cushion in my car center console. They are well made with durable padding. 4 stars because the little grippy things aren't grippy at all.

This computer elbow pad was just what I needed to relieve the pain in my elbow from prolonged computer use. Good quality, soft gel inside, doesn't slip around. I would highly recommend this pad.

It is not as thick, but coming as two can help lay one over another for better seating comfort for the elbow. Wide like 40x20 cm.

I’m a senior and they are comfortable but after a while they feel to thin so I put one over the other for mor comfort. It works but not long enough.
