EXCELLENT Cot
I ordered this for a spare bedroom. This is a sturdy, comfortable cot! Being the big and tall cot, it has plenty of room. Two small children could share it. It unfolds and folds up extremely easy too. Assembly and disassembly is a breeze. The little mattress that comes with it makes it very comfortable of sleeping. From what I can tell, the material will last a long time. It can easily be used in a spare bedroom as a guest bed -- as long as the quests aren't spoiled.

Super easy to set up & take down, comfortable, and easy to carry around and store!
So I did a little bit of research and was trying to find something that would work to support my back as I am definitely not as young as I used to be, but I still enjoy tent camping. Air mattresses are ok, but they are bulky to carry, blowing them up and either having to have an air pump or expend the effort to do so and the time is a pain, and I'm tired of waking up with a backache from a deflating air mattress. That is why I chose this one, between the good reviews, the good brand name of course, and general overall sturdy looking construction, and I like the idea of a permanent solid mattress that did not need to be inflated. Also this one has the ability to fold up and store it pretty much flat which is great. I got it in and I set it up. I will say it turned out to be amazing. The whole thing goes up and is set up in like a minute. It literally just unfolds, pop the legs down, after pulling the mattress out (when it's folded up for storage, the mattress is on the inside of the cut. So kind of underneath upside down), turn it over, put the mattress on and done! Honestly, the only negative I can even think of is that it is a 6' bed basically folded in half. When stored, so it does take up more space than a air mattress might, but I consider it absolutely worth it. One tidbit I will give that someone here in the comments that I no longer can find the review for suggested that was amazing was a recommendation on a dog crate bag that fits this. I bought it and sure enough it fits perfectly so I have a way to store it and keep it clean and carry it much easier! https://a.co/d/00z4Jyy1 Happy camping! I do definitely recommend this one and I will update after my camping trip if there's any issues!

Worth the money
We havent taken them camping yet but we have napped on them so they seem sturdy and comfortable so far. The are big, nice and wide and long. Not compact so keep that in mind if space while traveling is a issue. We store them in bags for travel. They fold up easily and are solid. No noise or squeeking so far.

Bulky but it won’t spring a leak!
I finally got tired of replacing expensive double height air mattresses, but I didn’t want to spend a fortune to upgrade to a cot. This is what I chose as a replacement. The pros: These are decent quality and tall enough that you can sit comfortably on them too. I like that I can store gear underneath them in my tent. They take little effort to set up and are long enough for most folks to rest comfortably. The cons: These do not pack small! They only fold in half and that length that makes them comfortable also makes them bulky. The thin pad they come with is not enough to provide comfort to a side sleeper and your hips will beg you to add an additional foam topper. Overall I’d say these are great as an extra bed that you can store in the closet, and work as camp beds if you are a car camper with lots of room to haul gear. We use two together with a full size 3” memory foam topper over them and they fit great in our REI 6 person tent. Being able to store our clothes and extra gear underneath them is a cool advantage. But even as a car camper with a huge SUV to haul these in I’d say they are pushing the limits for packability and I might have made a different choice if I had to do it over again based on that factor alone.

Comfortable, portable, stowable, sleepable.
I stopped camping for several years because I never slept well. I loved camping, but never slept much, because I'd be laying on the ground, in a hot, humid tent without a lick of breeze. Very uncomfortable. I solved the temperature issue with an electric car and a trunk tent: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DS9KF52L?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 I solved the 'laying on the ground' problem with this cot. It's awesome. At home, I typically get up at least once a night to pee. I've slept through the night every time I've used this cot. It's a good height to sit on, and has the perfect amount of support. I also like that you can store some stuff underneath, which helps organize things if you're at camp for a week. It is a little larger than I was expecting when folded up, but it's not a problem.

Outstanding quality, design and performance
This is probably the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I’m blown away by the incredible quality, generous size, comfort, and ease of use. It is a bit heavy, but in a sturdy, high quality way. The base is made like a trampoline so there are no metal parts to hurt your back when you lie down on it. It’s wider and longer than regular sized cots. Almost has a slight bounce. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable and very good quality. This will easily accommodate my well over six foot tall son-in-law or grandson. I was will to spend a bit extra for a Colman brand because of their reputation for quality. Just buy this super high quality cot, and stop wasting time considering the cheaper versions, I said to myself. I’m glad I listened to me. Note: If you really want to spoil an overnight visitor, you can add a mattress topper, as I did.

A Lifesaver During Our Hospital Stay for Our Newborn Daughter!
I recently had the opportunity to use the Coleman ComfortSmart Camping Cot with Sleeping Pad during our stay at the hospital for the birth of our newborn daughter. As a husband, I wanted to be there for my wife throughout the process, and this cot made the experience significantly more comfortable. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to set up the cot. It was a matter of minutes before I had a comfortable place to rest, which was invaluable during the long hours at the hospital. The folding mechanism is intuitive and hassle-free, making it easy to move and store when not in use. Comfort is where this cot truly shines. The thick mattress pad provided much-needed support and cushioning, allowing me to get restful sleep despite the understandably stressful environment. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the cot was, considering it’s a portable solution. It’s firm enough to support my back but soft enough for a good night's sleep. The cot's sturdy steel construction gave me confidence in its durability and stability. Even on the hospital room's hard floor, it remained steady and didn’t squeak or shift, which is essential in a quiet hospital environment. The size of the cot is another plus. It's spacious enough to accommodate my height and build comfortably, yet compact enough not to take up too much space in the hospital room. This balance of size and comfort was perfect for our needs. Another aspect I appreciated was the ease of cleaning. Hospital environments require high hygiene standards, and the cot's materials were easy to keep clean and sanitary. Lastly, I want to highlight the versatility of this cot. While it was a lifesaver at the hospital, I can see it being equally useful for camping trips or as an extra bed for guests at home. It’s definitely a multi-purpose item that I see us using for years to come. In conclusion, the Coleman ComfortSmart Camping Cot with Sleeping Pad was an essential item during our hospital stay for the birth of our daughter. It provided comfort, stability, and convenience, making a challenging situation a bit more bearable. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a portable, comfortable sleeping solution.

Saved my back from awful dorm mattresses! Highly recommend.
I bought this cot because my college dorm mattress was way too soft and causing me terrible back pain. After hearing good things about this one, I decided to give it a try, and I’m beyond satisfied! The support on this cot is perfect—it doesn't sag under your weight, but it’s also not so stiff that it’s uncomfortable. It holds my back in just the right position, and I've been getting amazing sleep ever since. Another huge plus is that it’s foldable and easy to move around. My dorm room assignment changed recently, and it was a breeze to pack up and carry to my new room. Given the price, the comfort and convenience you get are absolutely unmatched. If you're a student struggling with bad dorm beds, just get this!

Good Stretcher/Portable Bed for Taller People
The Deluxe size (203 x 76 x 38cm) is a great option if you are a taller and don't want your toes hanging over the end of the bed. These Coleman Big Sky stretchers come in 3 sizes (Deluxe, Regular 188 x 66 x 38cm, and compact 175 x 63 x 38cm). The deluxe size is also wider and supports up to 135kg. Comfortable to sleep on, although some may want to add an additional roll-up mattress. Two of these fit easily in the boot of a medium sized sedan, and at 9kg they are easy to carry short distances. Also great to use as a spare bed, as they take up little space when folded. Sender sent these unboxed so it was lucky they arrived with only a few scuffs on the frame.

Fantastic!
Huzzah! After a recent camping expedition during which all three of our inflatable mattresses deflated, I resolved to invest in camp cots. I did a bit of research and this Coleman model came out on top. Yes, it weighs almost 20 lbs and packing three of them will take up our entire trunk, but they’re SUPER comfy, long enough and wide enough for my 6’2”, 210 lbs husband. They’re so easy to set up, I can hardly describe the process as setting up — just flip over and unfold. The coils all around the frame’s edge hold the bed’s supportive fabric taught while also providing some bouncy give. Other people don’t seem to like the mattress topper, but it seems fine to me, a couple of inches of foamy padding that definitely add to the comfort level. The topper doesn’t slide around too much on my cot, but if it’s a problem, you could easily fix it by putting an inexpensive layer of non-slip rug backing between the cot and the mattress. I’ve suggested to my husband that the best place to store them would be from hooks on the garage wall so they’re out of the way. There’s a velcro strap that secures the bed into a neat bundle when you fold it up. These seem sturdy and long lasting. I’m very happy with this purchase, I just wish I could have bought them from a local store instead of from Amazon.

Perfect
In 2020, because of Covid-19, for the summer I was living in a trailer in my driveway to keep my family safe while I continued to work. At the end of September I needed to move back into the house for winter, but needed to stay in the basement away from the rest of the family. Social distancing. I started looking at cots to buy to sleep on in the basement. I spent a long time reading through hundreds of reviews of different types of cots, and trying to sift through the pros and cons for each. A lot of other cheaper cots that folded down to store easily, seemed like they broke or ripped not long after being purchased. I wanted something that was going to be good quality and last a long time. I came across this Coleman cot and liked the reviews, and it looked sturdy. I decided to purchase it based on this. It was delivered to my door a few days later in a good quality box. I have been sleeping on this cot every night for the last year and four months (since Sept. 2020). It is a very comfortable cot, and it has been worth every penny spent. I am only 5'6" tall, so there is lots of room for me to get a good night's sleep. The mattress that comes with it is also very comfortable, and I am glad it was included. The other reviews that say it is not good are incorrect. The only issue I find with the mattress is that it is a bit of a pain to fold the cot up to store it with the mattress inside. But not the end of the world. I am only using this cot in the house right now, but when this pandemic is over, I will definitely take it camping with me. I put a twin sheet set on the cot to keep the mattress clean, and I find it helps keep the mattress in place a bit better. I pinch the fitted sheet into the legs of the cot when putting cot up. Overall, this is a great quality cot and you will not lose any sleep buying it.
