My bottle arrived dried or solid inside. What happened?

A sealed bottle should always be liquid. If it arrives dried out, it was most likely damaged in transit or is not genuine. Do not use it, scan the transparency code and check for authenticity.

My skin felt irritated after using it. What should I do?

Everyone's skin is different. Patch test behind the ear 24 to 48 hours before a full application, and stop using the product if you notice redness or discomfort. Always remove with Ultra-Safe rather than pulling the unit off.

How long does GHOSTBOND Classic hold?

One to three weeks for most wearers, and up to four in ideal conditions. Classic is water-resistant for everyday wear; for heavy sweat or humidity, XL or Platinum are the better match.

How long does it take to dry and turn clear?

A few minutes per thin coat. Let each coat dry clear, then let the final coat cure until it is tacky before you press the unit on.
