I bought this Theraputty to strengthen the hand muscles of my 5 year old daughter. It has an oily feeling, and it’s harder than expected. However, she had fun with it (and with other different brand putties) and played for more 30 minutes. Even I don’t like the oily feeling, I like that it doesn’t have any smell. Just be cautious and don’t play with it over a silicone mat because it’s going to stick to it immediately. I tried to remove it with my nails and with different objects with no luck. Finally, I tried with alcohol and a paper towels, and I was able to remove it completely. It worked well with the carpet too.

Make sure you buy the 4oz the 2oz is too small

Great for building hand strength. It offers enough resistance to achieve the goal without being too easy or too difficult. Also amazing how it resumes its original form after returning it to the container and sealing the container.

My physical therapist recommended this putty for regaining flexibility and strength in my hand following wrist surgery. Many of the options I saw were 3oz or 16oz packages (these are too small and too big). This 6oz is perfect. I also purchased the pink ( next stronger) putty. It helps to use this at home a couple of times per day. The yellow is plenty firm for me right now; it's what I use at PT appointments. I'm looking forward to getting stronger and to graduating to the pink putty. I recommended this for anyone looking to gain strength or flexibility in wrist, fingers, or hand.

Putty really does a good job at exercising your hand and fingers and holds up over time. The reason for 3 stars is due to the putty completely removing all the oil from your hands and leaving them so dried out. If you use lotion, it is also just removed by the putty.

Works well for strengthening hand muscles after surgery. Also makes a really good fidget toy.

Excelente material, sirve para relajar y es de buena consistencia. Tiene una durabilidad bastante alta.
