The cable connection is a very nice touch, as there is limited space on my laptop between the USB ports. I’m not even sure that my old one (if I were to ever locate it) would fit. Plus, the reader worked perfectly - easy to slip the card in, easy to plug into the laptop, and fast download of all 200+ files from the camera card to the laptop. The best things about this product are its portability - vital for me as I throw a couple of readers in my pack for different card formats - and its bright color. This sounds funny, but the light blue helps me find it right away in a dark black pack interior. The speed and ease of use also makes this a good choice for a reader.

Works perfectly. I really like the indicator light. I transferred photos to my MacBook easily.

I like that it will last much longer than other CF readers as the pins will not bend. Have been through many that have bent, so thank you for an awesome product!

I bought this to be able to view photos from my compact flash on my iPhone while I was at the sports fields. This does not connect to my iPhone or my Mac Computer. I even ordered a replacement thinking it was the device, but nope. Apple devices do not recognize this as a drive location. I did get it to connect to my Windows computer, but that is not convenient. If you want to view "on the fly", then you can't use an Apple product. UPDATE: I changed my 3-star review to 1-star since the company support failed to respond to my request for help. Wouldn’t respond through Amazon or their “support” email on their website.

It's the right size and performs at the capabilities of the card. Simple, straightforward, appropriately priced. Nice job.

So, I purchased a new one of these CF readers because my old one is nearly worn-out. It has been banged-around all over the country in my camera bag for a number of years and had thousands of card insertions without ever bending a pin or damaging my CF media and has delivered many 10's of thousands of images to my computer and android devices. I went through a LOT of cheap readers before discovering this one. It is my camera's best friend!

I love that the pins are so deep in that there's no chance of them being bent by the CF card, and I was finally able to access the photos on the card. I also love that the product was supposed to reach me on December 2, but it came a whole 8 days earlier! Thank you so much Amazon!

I’ve tried all kind of CF card adapters but your is the best so far. It is reliable and strong. Most of all the downloading is so fast.
