Well made, but unfortunately is made in china. Wish ARB would stick to Australian made products for what they charge. They are the same style soft shackle as pictured, others must have gotten the previous model shackle

This is a nice long soft shackle with a cut-resistant outer-braid; 33.5” Open Length end-to-end and 13” Closed Length (inside the knot). ARB Rates at 32,000 Lbs breaking strength. Well made, good quality. Easily Fits the eye of recovery hitches such as Yankum Ropes Recovery Point and Factor55 Hitchlink. Also allows Recovery Ring pulleys to spin relatively freely in spite of the outer braid. Seems very durable, so all good so far. 👍🏼

Haven't used it yet, so can't speak to that. Appears to be very well made, on a par with other ARB products.

So, I didn't get the version shown in the product description but that's fine. As long as it does the job when it needs to. I've attached a photo of the version I received and I set it up and it looks like it'll hold well. Materials are fine and the ball looks solid. Well, it should be based on the way these are supposed to be made. When the time comes, we shall see.
