Serious tool
Ordered this on 12/24/18 and it's still as sharp as day one. Warning: this tool is no joke. It will remove multiple layers of skin with ease or carve a notch in your fingernail. Ask me how I know.

Best Peeler ever!
This is the best peeler ever! It is so easy to use that I bought one for my elderly mother as well. It is the best peeler I have ever owned. It is comfortable to hold and looks great as well. It has a plastic cover for the blade when not in use. It is able to peel even the most difficult vegetables with ease. Lightweight and it holds up very well.

Super sharp
This peeler is super sharp and easy to use. The handle fits my hand well. The only thing that could be improved is the tip for getting eyes and bad spots out. It's plastic and doesn't do a great job. The peeler itself is the best one I've used.

Best one yet
This one has a large handle, easy to hold. Two things I do like. The larger "loop" above the blade makes it easier to keep the blade clear during use. It might be riskier to clean but worth it to me. Unlike another version I purchased, this one is left-hand friendly!

Easy to use and peels perfectly
It's hard to find a potato peeler that is easy to use and peels the vegetables perfectly. This peeler is perfect and does an awesome job. So glad I found it.

Nice
I didn't realizr that I really needed a new pealer until the first time I used this one. The 29 year old model still works, but the blade is dull. I don't think they ran be sharpened, at least not by me. So I ordered the Spring Chef in RED. Most of the tools in the drawer are blcak so this one stands out and it is wicked sharp.

Minimal wastage.

Quality at a good price
A very good, sharp peeler. Really glad I bought this one. I read the reviews left by people who received it at a discount so I wasn't sure wether or not to believe the glowing reports. I've found it really easy to use and so did my mum who is left handed. After buying I was emailed by the manufacturer to see if I was happy, nice to know that they are a small company. Anyway, I am a fussy chef with not much time to spend peeling potatoes and was not disappointed.
