I've got two now. Install was decent, just triple check everything stubs out where needed, to help myself, I made a cardboard template of the space needed. Seemed to help. I think it should come with one. I had to trouble shoot a few things, a wire came loose during shipping, so first startup was troublesome. The fan seems kind of noisy, but we do have stone floors and concrete walls, so sound is noticeable. Everyone loves the cold fresh water though, especially the bottle filler.
