Great product poor customer service
The product is great. It took about 10 days to clear my pond after installing. Customer service for returns on the other hand is very poor. I ordered the wrong pump by mistake initially and sent it back promptly the same day. I ordered the new pump the same time as I couldn’t wait. I am now into the 3rd week of waiting for a refund. I was told today that I have been refunded and to expect it in my account in the next 5-7days. They are quick enough to take your cash but not to return it. Great product, poor customer service.

Pond filter
Cleared pond OK. But ultra violent unit let's water in and blows bulb. Sponges get block quick and won't clean with handle

Works fantastic
Absolutely amazed at this filter I also bought the recommended pump my pond water was green and we couldn't see the fish at all, I put it on Saturday night before work and its only Tuesday today we can finally see the fish its not 100% clear yet but in a few days no visibility at all to finally see the fish were absolutely chuffed to bits this is the best filter ive ever used 1000% recommended anyone buying this

Wish I had bought sooner
My only wish is that I bought this years ago. After years of green water in my pond, it took two days for this filter to give me Clearwater. The only issue I have now is that I can see all the dirt at the bottom of the pond. Next purchase a pond VAC.
