Does the tactile version feel better than a Cherry MX brown in terms of tactility?

Yes, these switches have a good tactile bump more than a brown for sure but not too harsh I did lube the switches with 3404 and even with the lube on the bump that gives it the tactility, it's still better than a brown. But again this hobby is subjective so what maybe a "good" tactile bump for me might not be for you...for example I prefer linear switch so Iactually don't mind browns

Will the Akko Starfish have any problems with cherry profile keycaps?

The switch won't matter, it's the facing of the socket that might make the difference. North facing sockets may cause interference with cherry profile caps. And I say "may". Most people find no interference with north facing sockets and cherry keycaps. Akko switches have a slightly longer stem and will mitigate most interference problems.

Do they work on 60% keyboards?

Akko switches come with 3 pins so that will fit the keyboards with 3pins or 5 pins sockets.
