I'm having issues pairing/programming th controller to my ps4, are there any "how to" or "set up" videos? i can't seem to find any on youtube. thanks!

While your PS4 is off. Plug in the PS4 mini HDMI to your controller and then plug in the USB to the PS4 USB port. Turn on your PS4 and wait until the login screen. Press the controller PS button. PS4 should automatically sync in with the controller.

Does it work with fire hd 10?

I don't believe so due to its designed only for Playstation but you can give it a try

yes it is not a software hack it is a hardware input so it will work for any game

I have not had that issue at all, and I’ve had this controller for a while now. I’m very happy with it. Maybe you should unpair and pair it again.
