JUNK. SWISSGEAR will not stand by their products
This luggage was only used twice and on the second time, it cracked. I purchased less than a year ago and SWISSGEAR would not provide a replacement. They claim this falls under “travel damage” and does not warrant a replacement. How else would luggage be damaged if not through travel?? Will never buy SWISSGEAR junk ever again.

Disappointed
Bought this luggage for my grandson in July. The handle on the carry-on broke after the first use. Very disappointed.

Superb purchase at the right time for my travel requirements and lives up to its level of quality and accommodation of belongings. A must have and will definitely purchase additional pieces of the same size.

Doesn't last a year
Bought this set to see how well it matched up to my 20+ year Samsonite soft sided set. Out of the box they seemed a little light duty and probably wouldn't last long. To my surprise, the case held up fairly well. My gripe now is that it hasn't made the 1 year mark and one of the wheels on a set of casters has broken off as I discovered after returning from my latest trip.
