will this hold if we buy this will it hold two 20 and 21 year olds?

I’d buy one for each of them, it’s pretty challenging to stay on it with one person and it’s not really meant to hold two adults; mine has held up to one adult at a time or multiple kids and it’s on its second summer. The unicorn one is on its third summer with no issues, you have to be careful not to over inflate the body though or it will spring a leak in the neck

Can you use this on dry land?

You could, but it won't rock very far. You'be be better buying your kids a proper see-saw.

I have two creases that developed a leak the, patch doesnt work how can i get a replacement?

It's a pretty good size, and we had four kids at a time on it. It depends on how big the adults are, I guess, but it is more for kids.
