Well with 60 capsules for the price, a 2 month supply, I decided to try it. This product has been a game-changer for me! The price for the amount you get is fantastic. I've been taking it consistently for few weeks now, and it hasn't upset my stomach at all. The product itself is tasteless, which I appreciate. The size of pill doesn't make hard to swallow, (some might find it on bigger end). Most importantly, it's actually working! I'm finding myself much more active and less stuck in that "holding pattern" feeling. I don’t get fatigue towards end of day or any sort of "crash". I'm able to think much clearer, I have ADHD and tend to be "all over the place" but not with this. My sleep has also significantly improved, I can actually sleep through the night now. Update: the seller offered a full refund so changed stars to 5. It didn't work for me but it will work for those that don't workout as hard as I do 🤷🏼‍♀️.So this product definitely helped my mood be more stable and made me stress less. Unfortunately I could not workout at all while on it! I took it for about 3 months and started noticing insane dizziness at the gym. I would get my heart rate up and would barely be able to stand and would have to quit early due to dizziness. I thought at first it was my blood sugar being too low but after getting my blood pressure checked after a workout, I was told it was too low! So apparently for me it dropped my blood pressure too low. Works well for stress but side effects aren't worth it. I've been off of it for about a week now and have noticed such irritability so that has not been fun 😅

I am a 46 year old female caring for my mentally ill and very difficult 81 year old mom.I used to be a yogi, meditator, daily juicer... etc.Now I am a stressed out, fatigued, IBS suffering middle aged person who needs to take breaks and lie down after every single chore. I now, also, drink coffee all day till evening.Life has become a drag and I’ve been dragging myself through it.I read the reviews here, and I decided to spend this recent paycheck on some serious health supplements to address my fatigue and stress, as well as my IBS.I took my first dose of this last night in the middle of a massive stress storm of getting my mother’s apartment ready for inspections.So at the time I took it, I was VERY stressed out, shoulders felt like I was carrying 50 pounds on them.Within 30 minutes I suddenly felt the weight lifted and my attitude became sunny and relaxed. I forgot that I had taken this. I remember wondering why I had such a dramatic attitude change.I also had to walk pretty far last night to a store.Anyway... the walk was MARVELOUS. I felt YOUNG AGAIN. My joints ached and I had weird pains in my bones that come with age, but this time I didn’t mind the random weird pains. I had a fantastic mental clarity and inner wellness. Optimism. Joy.It was very dramatic to the point where, when I realized this effect had to do with my taking this supplement an hour before, I wondered if there were actual drugs in it, lol.This put a relaxed, yet energetic, big bounce in my step.I’ve taken some of these herbs before in the past. This is not a paid review, If you are searching as I was for something to help a weight loss stall that is not based on a paid review here is one. I have been intermittent fasting and keto for three months. I have an adrenal body type with every symptom, stress, obsessing over minor concerns, inability to sleep, weight gain in lower abdomen and no where else etc. I have been taking this product for a week. I have lost 35 lbs in the first two months of fasting and keto, but had stalled for an entire month. I took a chance in ordering this lower priced product. All I can say is I wish I had known about this sooner, (like when my dog died), because this supplement truly 100% calms my nerves. I have never slept better. It's solid and a full night sleep and I still am able to wake up refreshed. Not sure if it is 100% due to introducing this into my routine, but I have broken the weight loss stall and have lost 2lbs this week alone. It's made in the USA and may not work for everyone but it has for me and I will buy it again. I can only take it at night as it makes me so relaxed and sleepy (not really drowsy). It does not give me energy, if you are looking for some type of energy booster this may not be what you need. I fully believe it has helped control my cortisol levels and just general well being and happy about the weight loss.
