I have never heard of Amston/Tree before, but honestly I'm impressed! I work in a lab and have used A&D, Ohaus, and most every major brand of scale. I saw this on Amazon for a low cost and figured I would give it a try. Most scales that have an accuracy to 0.1g with a capacity up to 10,000g costs a few thousand dollars. After buying it I calibrated it with my calibrated weight set and they calibrated perfectly. I also had two separate calibration companies calibrate it as well.After being in my lab for over a year I ordered a second and third one. They also have the advantage of being portable. I'm very impressed with how they have held up and compared just as well to the big names.

This is a well made product only lacking a more modern computer interface connection, but what it has functions well. Using numerous calibration weights the scale would "zero" and be absolutely accurate at all weight levels. To obtain a 10,000 gram scale that demonstrates no hysteresis was very surprising for a scale at this low of a price point. Shipping was very fast, arriving much sooner than I had anticipated.
