Easy to use and one long burnt a little over 2 hours for me. It has a slight smell but faded away after some time. Burn nice lasted the perfect amount of time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using these fire logs for a while now, and overall, they are great! They burn cleanly, last for the promised two hours, and are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. My only issue is that they can be a bit tricky to light initially. Once they get going, though, they provide consistent and steady heat.

I used one for a test run on our new bbq/firepit. I only lit one, with a lighter, in the three places it said to. It lit right up, got the 3 small wood sticks and the chunk of hickory blazing. The one log lasted 2.5 hours lit, smoldered for an other 30-45 mins (the temperature had dropped to 28 degrees that evening, so we continued to watch it on and off from the dining room until we called it a night and threw so sand on the log bits to be absolutely sure there was nothing smoldering.Over all I learned, if I want to use it to cook with, plan out and prep the day before. Make my fire then wait 2 hours for the fire to burn down to coals, cook said meal. By the time it has been plated, eaten, laughter dies down from teen silliness, it will be ready to snuff whatever embers by the time the dishes are completed.There was very low crackling, or maybe 3 tiny flyways, but it was becoming pretty windy by the time two and a half hours had gone by.Over all I am pleased with the product, and I will be using it for our next bbq on the deck.

This is just as good if not better than others I have tried. Cleaner smell, no stink of fuel left behind and lasts long. Thrilled with lower price. It’s my newest winter enjoyment. Love a great fire in wintertime.

I love the convenience, but had one instance where the log wouldn’t burn. Though that was only one out of about 5 burned.The reason we might not buy them again is they seem to smell worse than duraflame logs. I don’t expect them to smell like a wood fire, but these can be very chemical (or something) smelling.

We've got a nice fireplace and firewood, but keeping enough kindling around is harder. I make a batch and all of a sudden I have to go split more. Who even has a newspaper to start a fire these days? These are the answer!They cost half as much as the regular named logs, last about 2 hours and will absolutely get your fire going with one match and no paper or kindling. Literally no ash and a clean burn without any weird smells. Of course you could use these as the whole fire as well, but if you need a quick and easy starter, get these.
