Very useful to track body measurements
I’ve restarted my fitness journey after a long period of inactivity and it’s very useful to quickly and easily measure vital body measurements to track progress. The tape measure feels a little cheap, but it’s very easy to use and does the job perfectly. It’s a little expensive for what it is, but the convenience is worth it. The app is easy to use, and coupled with the body composition scales and the food measurement scales they are great tools.

Easy to use but don't give correct measurements!!
The measurement is great and easy to use. The fact that all is saved on the ohone us great. BUT the is a 1.5cm missing in all measurements. The distance between the place where you put the hookand the end of the tape reading in not added on the final number. We always gave to add 1.5cm to the final reading manualy.

Ce ruban rétractable connecté est un vrai gain de temps et un outil hyper pratique au quotidien. La prise de mesures devient beaucoup plus facile, surtout pour les mesures corporelles ou lorsque l'on veut suivre ses progrès (sport, couture, etc.). L’appairage avec l’application s’est fait rapidement et sans difficulté, et les données sont enregistrées automatiquement, ce qui évite d’avoir à tout noter à la main. C’est aussi très motivant pour suivre son évolution dans le temps. La qualité est au rendez-vous : le ruban est solide, les matériaux sont agréables au toucher, et le mécanisme de rétractation fonctionne parfaitement. Franchement, je recommande à 100 % pour celles et ceux qui veulent un outil précis, connecté, et super simple à utiliser !

Works well and easy to use especially if you are doing the measurements yourself. Very accurate and the app is the biggest advantage as you don't need to jot down the figures. Plotting your progress is made even easier.
