I really like this item. I used instaflex, it worked well, but the cost needed to be cut, I read the Max 3 and made the decision to get Max. It works as well.

I like the fact that it stays in my body longer and I able to walk around longer distances without having my back and legs hurt me .😁

Glucosamine and MSM are the 2 best ingredients in this supplement. Proven ingredients for joint pain and relief. There are days where my wrists or knees ache. This supplement definitely helps ease it down. Not a cure all, but it dulls the pain.

So, one of these pills equals two normal pills.But take two at a time.There are 60 capsules.And that's 60 servings?I am just not sure what to believe about the use of this product, and I'm certainly not going to take risks with a supplement. Noncontradictory labeling information really isn't too much to ask.

I've started taking this recently for a few weeks due to a ski related injury I just had on my knee. It does seem to reduce the pain and inflammation I've been experiencing these past few weeks. In addition, it has not caused any side effects such as stomach discomfort or nausea.That said, I've been taking (2) capsules daily although as reviewers mentioned and even the screenshots, the labeling reads "tablets" but these are clearly "capsules" and labeling also indicates "60 servings" but how is this possible if there's only 60 capsules with each serving being (2) capsules. So labeling should really read "30 servings". Even the MaximizeWithin website for this product has the same misleading and confusing labeling info.
