Hand tight, I stopped using this filter because that drain always leaks

How do you remove water from a 33217 fuel/water seperetor fuel filter

You just unscrew that screw at the bottom and the water in the fuel comes out not a lot of fuel it'll just be a little bit but all the water drains out that bottom
