Vibrant, Rich Red Hair Color That’s Gentle on Hair
The Adore Semi-Permanent Red Hair Color delivers a bold, vibrant red that looks stunning and natural. It’s easy to apply at home, and my hair felt soft and healthy afterward, unlike with some permanent dyes. The scent is mild, making the coloring process much more pleasant. The color lasts well with gentle washes and fades evenly, avoiding patchiness. The 4 oz size is perfect for medium-length hair, giving full coverage without waste. If you want a semi-permanent red that’s vibrant, gentle, and easy to use, this Adore formula is an excellent choice.

This is (tentatively) replacing Manic Panic for me!
I love this stuff. I've been using Manic Panic on my hair ever since the early 00's, mostly out of convenience and habit. Manic Panic was never a great consistency, colour last, etc, but it did the job and the colours were (mostly) nice. This Adore stuff, though? My new go-to, save for any fuming unexpected edits I make to this post at a later date. Here's the low down: Pros: - Absolutely stunning colour. Refracts light like nobody's business, - Smells wonderful; the added scent isn't too overwhelming and makes the dye job a treat, - The gel consistency makes it so simple to apply to your hair and keep track of exactly where it is and how much is on the hair; WAY better than liquid or cream imo, - A little goes a long way Cons: - You're gonna spend one whole hour or so in the shower trying to rinse this stuff out, or else you're gonna stain everything your hair comes in contact with, like the one star reviews for this exemplify. I was extremely frustrated when I was finally done rinsing, and my arms were exhausted. If you've used Colour Oops, you know how long of a shower you're in for. - Stains immediately. Ensure you coat your skin that could get stained with vaseline before application and cover your counters/etc with plastic wrap or similar. An annoyance and a waste, but better than permanently staining an apartment counter! As previously stated, I may update this review after my dye job has had 2+ weeks to breathe, but as it stands, I am extremely satisfied with the results this dye provides. Having to rinse it for eons wasn't very fun, though I could've applied more than necessary and will note the bottle recommends shampooing after rinsing (probably because no one wants to shower for 40+ minutes to get dye out, but I stubbornly rinsed clean to attempt to avoid any initial pigment fade). 10/10 until further notice!

very good
- the color is very pretty! pinkish red at first, but becomes less pink as it washes out. - when freshly dyed it does stain/bleed, so i recommend putting an old t-shirt on top of the pillowcase and avoid wearing white for the first couple of days. apply thick cream on the neck/forehead/ears before dyeing and WEAR GLOVES!! - didn't notice any damage of the hair. - i just wish the bottle was a bit bigger. i have medium long hair and it's pretty thin, so one is just enough for me. but if you have long and thick hair it would def not be enough.
