first let me start out by saying that my hair is fried from a perm given to me by a "professional". I have tried everything to get relief and get my hair back to normal. It's normally silky, shiny and smooth all the time. I have had many perms in the past and nothing like this before. With that said, I love Amika products, so I figured I'd give it a try with this disaster frizzy mess. When applied to my hair it felt really nice and silky and I felt positive it may help. But once I rinsed it out, nothing changed. It made no difference at all. My hair was still dry and frizzled. I believe if my hair wasn't so damaged and fried from the perm, this product would have made a difference. I'm going to try it again but leave it in longer than directed and purchase a leave in conditioner as well. I will update once I do that.

Makes my hair smell and feel great! Just wish it wasn't so expensive. My hair goes past my butt so it really is useful on my hair but also since my hair is so long I use a lot. I try to use the bare minimum at least once a week if I can.

I just purchased this after using the Amika SoulFood. I was about to place another order and stumbled on this one with equally great reviews. I saw that this mask was not just a deep penetrating moisturizer, but also for damaged hair. After a summer of balayage, I was like eh it can’t hurt! It’s glorious. I don’t know if it’s better than the SoulFood, as it’s too soon, but it’s definitely just as good! Provides great slip, and hair feels buttery soft after rinsing and drying. Last night I fell asleep with out drying my hair, and woke up with thick bouncy soft hair. Unreal. Def will be a repurchase.

First, let me start by saying I LOVE Amika products. I've been using their shampoo and conditioner from this line and I am a huge fan. I ordered this mask because I have some split ends and use heat a few days a week. After one use, I can already tell a big difference. My hair was silky and much more manageable. I shampooed in the shower and then applied the mask/let it sit for 6 minutes. I would definitely recommend. :)

It leaves my 3c/4a hair so conditioned and soft. I am not too certain about the bond strengthening claims though. My hair has experienced some reduced breakage but I think that is more due to how soft and manageable it leaves my hair during detangling. It smells so lux as well. I wish there was more product for the price though because I go through this so fast.

I LOVE THIS. I tried soul food first by this is my favorite. It makes my frizzy horrible hair so soft. At first I wanted to wait to see if it was just a temporary thing.. i’ve been using olaplex, brushing different, oiling my scalp (which has been a total game changer- using mielle rosemary oil and I literally stopped shedding except like 10 hairs in the shower), and just all over taking better care of my hair so it’s hard to tell what did what. but I use this whenever I wash.. which sounds expensive but this has this buttery way to it that a little bit covers everything and it’s totally covered too it’s not like i’m being stingy. Also I have long hair too almost to my waist. I would use more in a heartbeat but your hair can only absorb so much. I shampoo first and then towel dry my hair in the shower away from the water… use this then put it up in a clip with a cap. then I shave and whatnot for 10 mins then rinse this out and it works wonderfully for me. i’m a caucasian woman with frizzy curly wavy hair that’s really long. I know everyone is different but I couldn’t say enough good things about this. The small tube had somehow lasted all this time with more in it so that’s nice too.

J’ai été agréablement surprise par ce masque capillaire. C’est un produit qui fonctionne vraiment bien, surtout sur les longueurs et les pointes qui ont besoin d’être réparées. Pour obtenir de bons résultats, il faut vraiment le laisser agir au moins 5 minutes, ça fait une différence. L’odeur est très agréable. J’ai les cheveux fins, et ce que j’ai particulièrement aimé, c’est qu’après utilisation, mes cheveux semblaient avoir plus de densité et paraissaient plus en santé. Très satisfaite de mon achat, je recommande sans hésiter.
