Can you wash the pillow or just the case?

You can take out the foam inner, then wash the cover seprately.The cover can be machine washed, and dry on low temperature.

How do I get more foam? Ad says add or subtract foam.

I can never find the perfect pillow. Will these eventually go flat after 1 month or so like the rest of the pillows that I was told that never would?

All memory foam smells awful from the factory, but since these are vacuum packed, step 1 is putting them in the dryer on a cycle or two and that should mitigate the smell significantly(heat removes the VOCs)
