I recently purchased this feather pillow and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The comfort level is quite poor as the feathers are not only uncomfortable but also hurt my head. It seems that the feathers are not properly processed, and the filling quality is subpar. Even after putting an extra cover on it, I still found it uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this pillow due to these issues.

There are several things missing from a down feather pillow that competes with global companies. First, it has no mention of OEKO certification or tags, and has none of the tags my higher quality pillows from Italian companies use to demonstrate the materials are dust mite free, the feathers are treated properly etc. There is a smell. Not as bad as Ikea pillows' oily duck smell, but not what I expect from a 15% down pillow. Finally, the pillow they sent has a lower % of down vs feathers than what was advertised. So overall a slapshot attempt at making a luxury product. Avoid.

Extremely bad and the feather keep coming out and scratching the face. Please get it collected and issue a refund

Very disappointed. I expected a Goose Feather pillow which was well filled and luxurious. The pillow was very underfilled and the label denoted "Water Fowl Feathers" which could have been anything.
