I would highly recommend them! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From Nerve Pain to HEALING! *by R***H on February 25, 2026* I have purchased Now Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg twice, taking one capsule in the morning and one in the evening - the same dosage as several studies that I read. I also take 1 PEA 600mg 1 time a day. Together, these supplements have healed long-term nerve inflammation and pain, along with neuropathy (a Neurologist attached me to a machine that sent electrical impulses through my limbs to chart where I had nerve damage) on both sides of the body. I WAS on Lyrica/Pregabulin 75 mg 2x daily and Low-Dose Naltrexone and Flexeril to relieve the pain - it was that bad! However, these supplements healed the nerve damage and in 5 weeks I noticed I could sleep through the night, had only mild neuropathy, pain was nearly gone. After a few more weeks, my doctors suggested tapering off my meds to determine if I was experiencing healing. After 3 weeks of tapering off the meds...
