Manual Razor Protective Cover

Prior to this product, I used a product that placed a spring load "cap" on my razor blade. There was no ventilation so blades never dried well. Yucky... always smelled because the blades with lubricant never completely dried. So I looked for a product that was well ventilated but was minimalistic because I didn't want it to take up much room in my toiletry bag. Found this product and it works well. PROS 1) Well ventilated- The bottom back portion of the case has 3 slits to allow for drainage and ventilation of the handle. The top part of the case covers the blades for safety but there is plenty of open space for ventilation (see enclosed picture) of the blades. 2) Will fit your Gillette Razor? - lets face it, all the Gillette razor heads (blades) are pretty much the same size, so for the blade, if it fits my blade with plenty of room, it will fit yours. The question is, if you use a the bulker, bigger Power Handle, will it also fit? See my picture with the Power handle. Fits perfectly. Therefore if it fits with my bigger Power handle and you happen to use the slimmer non- power handle, it will fit for you as well. 3) Minimalistic- The case is no bigger than the biggest Gillette razor (see enclosed picture) so it is relatively minimalistic in the sense it covers the entire Razor, but no more. Also see enclosed picture to get a sense of how much room this product takes up in the average toiletry bag. Not that much. CONS 1) There is almost always at least one "con"... and this one is that the nature of the silicon case makes this a dust magnet. If this bothers you then don't get the black color ( but this only means you don't see the dust as well- but the dust is still there). Easy to clean dust off with soap and water; it's silicon. SUMMARY: This a reasonably priced product that, despite being a "dust magnet", will keep your razors well ventilated and you safe from cuts in a relatively minimalistic package. In my opinion the "con" is minor, thus this is still a 5 star product!

Great protection at a reasonable price. Perfect for travel and at home, especially if you have curious cats in the house or small kids.

Nice simple case that will fit just about any razor and handle. I like the design because it will keep your hands and other stuff safe when you're packing or just placing the razor in the drawer, but the sides are open so that the razor blade can properly dry. Between the design and the materials, there's nothing to break and nothing to wear out.

I bought this and use this for a Gillette Sensor 3 razor, but I believe it will work with a number of razors. I wanted something more durable than the hard plastic, prone to breakage factory case for travel. This fits the bill, and it takes up about half the space of the factory case. I have been using this for occasional travel for a month, and it shows no wear to date. The silicone is thick (0.1 to 0.2 inches, depending on the location) and seems to be durable. It is also vented to aid in drying. The cover has a tongue that is captive in a slot molded into the lower half of the case when closed up. The tongue is fairly long to allow coverage for various razors. Note that there is no provision for the case to hold spare razor blades, but this is a fair trade-off for me, given the slender profile of the case. In summary, I like the case; it seems durable and it doesn't eat up space in luggage.

Handy, keep my razor tucked away nicely. I can see this will be nice for traveling also. Seems well made. Material feels strong.

Loved the silicone razor holder great product. Fits the razor like a glove. Highly recommend.

I have a Flamingo brand ladies razor and this silicone travel case fits it perfectly. It also fits the smaller razors too. Protects the razor and is just what I needed for travel.

As described, simple and to the point. Would definitely purchase again. Good gift idea too.
