Received the product today. Packing was good and secure. Works like charm. No noise at all.. assembling was pretty easy with the manual to guide. Totally worth the money spent.. if you're in doubt about finding the right fountain for your beloved pet go for it. Will post a review after a month about the product life.. so far so good!! Edit 1: after two weeks of using the fountain motor stopped working.. requested for replacement.. as it is understandable that the electronics can fail but if there is a way to buy the adapter separately that will be fine.. I’m not sure how long the replacement product will work too.. Seller should let know if there a link where we can buy the 5w motor. Reduced 2 stars for defective motor.. Edit 2: Got the replacement.. it works like charm for more than 6 months now. All electronics might have some issues. If you're lucky you'll get the best on the first purchase. Overall a good product. Quality check could be taken seriously by the manufacturer. Edit 3: This fountain and pump works till date after 2 years. Pro hint: use RO water do not use hard water this will prolong the life of the pump. Clean the fountain weekly twice and always provide fresh water for your loved ones

Good quality and worth the money. It's very cute and useful, especially in the summer when you need your cat to have enough water. I've had this for like 5 years, and only now has the power started to diminish. My cat loves it!

I have had the fountain for 5 months and it’s been great. However, the water pump has started acting up recently, it stops working sometimes and I can’t find any replacements by Qpets on amazon, please help I’m willing to pay for the new pump

Motor stopped working in 2 months. Warranty replacement is a hassle.

Bought this after a lot of research on the need for drinking fountains for cats. Cats are used to running, fresh water. My cat was drinking very less and I was worried about the summer months. This solved the problem completely!! Her water intake has more than doubled. Pros: - heavy plastic build, does not get scratched - large capacity of water - water flow is quite good - easy to clean. For encrusted deposits, use pril once a month but be careful to rinse thoroughly - filters are available easily from the brand - Long USB wire, can work with most mobile chargers Cons: - little difficult to align the pump and water spout, but I think that depends on your own ability

My cat didn't like this product as he couldn't drink the water without getting his snout wet. Everything else about the product is great. Good filter and pumping mechanism

My cat loves it! Seen her drink more water than usual. I did remove the fountain pipe coz I thought she would be scared at 1st and would stop drinking water completely. Will attack the fountain pipe in a few days once she gets used to this. Works really well for now. Easy to set up Total value for money Water flow is good, not too much not too little. I put the lever in the lowest level. Easy to clean And there is no noise level from the motor which is amazing coz it literally sounds like you have a mini waterfall in your home. Its actually pretty relaxing when you hear the water trickle. Only need to see how long the motor last for. My guess is within a month or 2 and the filters of course. Still worth it!!
