I mounted this bar on the concrete block wall outside my house. This bar has been great. If you don't have callouses, this will give them to you. You gym weenies can stay in your air-conditioned, carpeted, padded, meet up workout centers and drink your fruit drinks chatting up the ladies, I'll bust out a sweat, and build up my callouses using this basic bar, and pound-for-pound, be twice as strong as you think you are.
