Elegant gift- my friend loved it- too heavy to ship-

This really is the best licorice I have ever had. I told my husband he doesn't need to get me a spa day for my birthday, get me this licorice. It's the only licorice that didn't make my stomach sick!

Australian Black = a bit on the sticky side, with mild but decent flavorBlack Spirali = this is black licorice wheels, not string. It can be pulled apart, but wheels are a bit harder and thinner than the softer string shown in the photo. The flavor is very mild, more so than even the Australian Black, but good.Licorice Root Pillows = These are the GOAT of the package. Most of the pillows have 3 flat, ripply, flavorful, soft, licorice squares that I like to pull apart and savor. While they don't actually melt in my mouth, they have a melt in the mouth, rich, but not potent, flavor. I wish Amazon offered this type by itself or a 3 pack of just this.

This is a treat I purchase occasionally and ration to myself. Decadent in childhood terms.

Great licorice

My husband knowing i love licorice bought this as a surprise Christmas gift.I am very sorry to report it was awful.it has no flavor and was very hard and chewing, i had to spit it out in fear of pulling a filling.i wish it was returnable or had a guarantee or could request a different item.Sadly, he bought all 3 tubes of the same flavor, what a waste of money!We lived overseas for fifteen years and i had a lot of different licorice but really this was the worst I've tried, very disappointing!

Best licorice i ever had.

We are licorice eaters and we tried some of their licorice several years ago so I thought for Father's Day I would order my husband a multi-box with the three and it was hard as a rock it was hard to chew the flavors just it tasted like it was an old box pulled from the back that it had been in the heat and it was terrible we were shocked because you guys are known for your licorice and your wonderful flavors and it was really depressing we end up throwing half of it away we tried to eat it because it's not cheap but it was terrible
