**Q: How Long is the pole or stick? My swiffer is so short.**
A: I’m 5’2 and also find a longer pole to be more comfortable (I have all wooden floors and use this for damp mop), so I purchased a pole extension from Home Depot- it extends up to 12’. My ceilings are 10’ high; works well for both floors and wide crown molding. Search any home store, ‘mop pole extension.’  Mine was around $25.

**Q: Does the water chamber come out for dumping**
A: No, you have to either dump it with the top on or take the top completely off to dump.  the last one I had, had a plug on the bottom to empty.  This system, I am sending back.

**Q: How heavy is the bucket when full of water? Wanting to know if I am strong enough to empty it.**
A: It is not too heavy, but it depends on the user’s limitations.  Most people could lift this with no problems.  I’ve found it very easy to work with.
