We read the mixed reviews before buying, and all I can say is it worked for us. It's difficult to put a finger on quite what it is that makes the difference, but it has meant a better night's sleep. My partner has sleep problems and says he now finds it easier to fall asleep initially, and if he is awoken during the night by anything it is easier to get back to sleep. He said he feels better in general, and he does looks well and more rested. For my part, I find the quality of sleep improved and I don't feel as if I am always on the verge of waking up during the night. I would recommend it based on our experience.

Easy to care for fitted grounding sheet. My partner noticed a difference in his hands within days! I don’t feel as achy and stiff in the mornings any more. We’ve only had it for about 2 months and, I believe, some results can take a little longer. It’s not cheap but what price on your own health and well-being? Works for us.

Made absolutely no difference after using it for months, taken it off of our bed now and it's sat in the cupboard. Some people swear by it but for my wife and me it had zero effect sadly

So I'm a terrible sleeper, takes ages to fall asleep and then I constantly wake up through the night. I've been using this sheet for about 4 weeks and even though I still find it hard to fall asleep, once I do, I stay asleep and for the 1st time in years, I feel like I've had a great sleep and I'm not really that anxious (I normally have horrible anxiety especially in the morning) which is great and I'm ready for the day.

I expected much from this item due to the eye watering price. Within minutes of lying on it by blood pressure and pulse rate had dropped so it's doing its job. My sleep has improved too. So far so good. It fitted very nicely on my king size bed - that is until I washed it. Now it barely fits and is in danger of ripping the stitching. So it appears to work but if it shrinks any more I'll need a smaller bed. I am currently swaying between keeping it and sending it back. Let's see what happens with the next wash :)

Amazed at the top quality of the product. Good fitfor size. Plenty of earth strip length, which I tucked away under the Mattress. Fitted the plug to a socket, but apparently you don’t switch the power on. Instructions were clear and concise. It’s hardly rocket science. Packaging was good, I saved the resealable plastic bag as it will come in handy. Went to bed with a headache and woke feeling refreshed. I don’t know if the science is real, but it sounds convincing. For me the proof is in the pudding. So I will update this review, when I have tried it for a while. As for the product, it’s very well made. If it actually works is not down any inadequacies in design. It will be the science. And possibly the fact that everyone is different, so it may have different effectiveness.

Has been working great didn't realise how much untill I didn't have it on my bed really noticed the difference I wouldn't say it stopped pain though but certainly helps you sleep
