Delicious
Flavor was wonderful. Used this with a pound of shrimp. I did add more onions, peppers and celery to it though. If I didn't add the vegetables, I felt it was too saucy.

I never had this before soI just know it is good as is the shrimp creole. I have had crawfish before but the frozen bag of crawfish were small and expensive. Unless you can get tail meat it is no worth using crawfish. Good thing I also used a pound of shrimp. This base takes the work out of this recipe.
