It is very well made, sturdy, and was very easy to get ready to ride. I am 72 and I did it all myself. My son checked it out and was pleased as well. You do have to practice common sense with it, prepare for your turns, as it doesn't have a short turning radius but it works. Don't get on places where it will lean to one side. Make sure you are going head-on over bumps, etc. Speed and power are good. While it folded up easily, you had to first take off the seat, and it was heavier than I first thought it was. The company was a dream to work with. They accepted my return quickly, they did not provided paid shipping to return it, but that is reasonable. I will admit it was a bit of a nightmare getting it scheduled for return with Fed Ex, but we got it done. And that was not the scooter company's fault at all.
