California Car Duster 62447-8B Mini Duster

This is a fantastic magic duster. HOWEVER, there are no instructions. After I used it, I set it on top of the box it came in, then found wax residue soaked into the box. After searching reviews, I found that you're suppose to set it on newspaper for 48 hours to soak up the excess wax before use. It left a waxy residue on my tile as well. Not cool! Should have that information up front!

I had my first California duster when I owned a 60 Volkswagen convertible I bought brand new. the great tools for keeping your car clean, not wasting tons of water, and helping the environment. When I saw the small version I bought one for the inside of car. This little California duster picks up all the dirt and just give it a good shake. To clean itpick S great thing good brand that works!

Works great on the interior surfaces of the car.

I keep this duster in my glovebox and it does work very well at picking up dust on my dashboard and the awful piano black surfaces in my car - however, as some people posted, it does leave some very faint red fibers everywhere if you look close enough. They don't stand out as much as the dust but they are indeed there. I tried shaking the every loving heck out of it to see if it was maybe just some loose initial fibers but I've had it for awhile now and it still does it so it's just something you live with. You don't even see them unless you look REAL close. I also wish it came with a head cover for it as apparently it's larger brother does come with one - so save the small bag that the head comes wrapped in for safe storage in your glovebox.

I have one in both vehicles. Love the ease of use, picks up everything. The design makes it easy to get into tight spots. Small enough to leave in car and not stick out aesthetically.

These things just work better than any other detailing brush. They are impregnated with wax I think that picks up dust rather than just stirring it around.

Does nice job of removing dust from dashboard.
