Does its job well!
The drum seems to be working well. The toner cartridges that were not performing with my old drum (leaking toner at the edge of the sheet) are now usable!

Good company, products, and service!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have purchased other products from v4ink and found them a good company. I especially appreciate that they stand behind their products with a 2-year warranty, and that their customer service is accessible. Print quality: v4ink laser printer products generate quality prints, Value for money: I find that v4ink products are competitively-priced.

Terrific Customer Service..... These folks truly stand behind their products
I've been using V4inc toners and drums for several years, and have never had a problem. Last week, I ordered a new drum to replace an aging drum, but the new drum was defective (it did not print well on half of each page). I contacted customer service; they requested a photo of a printed document (so they could diagnose the problem), and within 48 hours promised to send me a new drum. It arrived 24 hours later, and I'm really pleased with their service. The defective drum could happen to anyone, but it's unusual to get this kind of service. My thanks to the Customer Service folks at V4ink. I'll continue to purchase all of my toner and drums from them. (Their prices are MUCH lower than those of the printer manufacturer.

Good value-Make sure both work.
Tried both out when I received them and re-shrinked wrapped (plastic clinging wrap) one of them for future use since it will likely be a year before I need the second one. With the 30 day return policy when I get two of something I make sure both work-that way I won't have a return problem if one is faulty. Thankfully this is toner and not ink cartridge. Both toners worked.

As good as OEM
I have been using these for a couple of years now in the office and at home. Work equally as well as the OEM item for 3 times the cost.

Drum Lasted one month and had to be replaced
I just received the new drum and the toner too and was very happy with the quality of this product and how nice my printed materials are now coming out. I had suffered for quite some time with another brand thinking somehow it was the printer, but buying a new drum and toner from V4Ink did the trick. Update: 12/10/17 - After one month of use, the drum went bad and I started to get ghosting on pages and loose toner on the page because the drum heating unit wasn't working properly. I ordered another and returned the defective one within the guarantee time period. I am not testing the replacement drum and will hope this one will be better. Replacement drum also exhibits the same issues as the first one. Apparently, the clearance for double weight paper is not set properly and it gets jammed in the drum or toner area. I have to pull it out and then when I try to reprint on another sheet of paper it comes out with toner all over the top of the second sheet. My problem is that I have to print on both sides of the double-sided paper I use. The first side seems to print OK, when I flip it over to print the other side, I have to straighten out the top of the sheet because of a small curve or bend on the top of the page from feeding through the drum and it jams. I never had this issue with the Brother brand drum even using third-party toner, so it has to be something to do with the drum. Dealer sent me some info but never gave me an email address to respond to and I had no idea how to find the parts they asked me to check. I hope they see this post and reach out to me again with a contact information so I can discuss this with them directly. I have another Brother printer the HL L2380 DW that I have no issues printing these double weight paper on both sides, so it has to be the drum or the toner that is causing this issue.

Several issues!
1. for the first week, my error light was on. Eventually it went off but comes/goes but it works kinda. 2. first time ever, I had a paper jam in the drum. Never has happened before. We will see how this unit does in the long run. More updates to follow if more issues occur.
