I had purchased a foot massager from Lifelong company, but the product I received turned out to be defective. I have been continuously following up with the company for the past one month, but neither has the product been picked up nor have I received any refund.This experience has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is very poor, and there has been no urgency shown in resolving the issue. I would advise all potential customers to think twice before purchasing any product from this company.I hope that at least after this public complaint, my issue will be taken seriously and the refund or replacement process will be completed at the earliest.
