It is being used in a home-studio for mixing and mastering. Works well. Nice carrying case to protect it when not in use.

got 2, neither worked. no response to an email to the web site, returned them. Disappointed.

I purchased this meter because it has the C weighing, along with the standard A weighting, and also that it came in a hard case. Those are like the only good things about it. Meter readings jump all over the place. It will go from 90 to 111 db during the same sound volume, meaning, using the peak feature is useless. I will be returning this.

Good unit, came in a nice case. Only objection I have is he foam ball to be used in windy conditions: The case did not have an adequate storage space for it, is it was crushed, and it does not recover its spherical shape readily. This did not impact its functionality, though.

Works great. Used it to check my home theater speakers and subwoofer. Has both A and C levels, most of the ones in this price range only have A.

Not accurate on low decibel. Won't register below 53 decibels.

There were a number of meters to choose from and they all had some bad reviews. This one had not been reviewed yet but I liked the description and took a chance. I am thrilled with the meter and all the features it has. It is pleasant to look at and easy to use. It also comes with a real nice case.

just talking it maxes out meter. Very inaccurate.
