A very comprehensive book which covers all aspects of this sport in some detail yet is easily followed as it is packed with photos and explanations. It facinates me as a 68 year old yet I'm sure it will also be more than useful to those willing to improve whatever their age or experience. I keep it beside my bed and delve into it each evening. a wonderful beginers guide to the sport of boxing . infact beginers and intermidiates would benifit from owning this book. the only thing that prevents me giveing this book five stars is that this book is a more expanded version of the authors first book (boxers start up) and this book contains a lot of pictures
