I am a side sleeper so the alpine sleep deep ear plugs for sleeping were a must for me. I travel a lot for work so sometimes in hotels that are noisy, they are not noise cancelling but they do reduce noise.I like the different size options as it means I can give some of these to my girlfriend.They aren’t silicone but are very very soft. They don’t hurt when in which was a must for me.

I finally found ear plugs that work! My old foam ear plugs gave me pressure headaches in the mornings. These block out the noise and even though I am a side sleeper they are super comfortable and have not fallen out yet. They come with a cute little carry case and are very easy to put into the ear. I chose size small. Would recommend. I have washed them and they kept their shape.

There are several things wrong with this ear plugs starting from Design > Durability > PriceDesignDual ear rings is not sufficient rather poor design to isolate sound noises and its also major problem of this ear plug if your inner ear rings plastic are not within the your ear canals then this ear plug won't isolate and reduce any sound noisesTo have max noise reduction you need both ear rings to be inside your ear canals to effectively reduce any noises which essentially hurts your ear when you're sleepingI had ear discharge due to this design related reason and I will be returning this poor ear plugs not worth the hassle and experienceFor sensitive noise sleepers try ear plugs with more than 2 ear ringsSuggestion triple ear rings is required to sufficiently reduce the noise problem also found in cheaper new knock off ear plugs how come with all the years of sleep ear plugs research never came to find to this conclusionNoise reducing gel is definitely comfortable while sleeping sideways however that comfort all goes away when all of the ear rings are required to be inside your ear canals to reduce max noise as possibleNext problem is Durability of these ear plugs within a week of usage my sweat has managed to weaken the effectiveness or strength of noise reducing gel to lower value and has become much softer over long duration of use that goes for the silicone ear rings too and rewashing these under warm water 25-30C will degrade it even further thus warm water below these temp should slow down the degradation of durability and that's why 100x reuse number should be taken with grain of salt and effectively or realistically its 10% of the actual advertised value 10x is the most realistic out of my usage and experienceNext one is the price of these ear plugsEconomics of these ear plugs don't make any sense when considering the design quality and durability of these ear plugsWhy buy this 1x "re-usable"("word" is doubt) ear plug when its much cheaper to buy throaway ear plugs which does much better job and much cheaper than buying 1x poor quality "re-usable" ear plugsI bought this ear plugs thinking it was and will be going to be good reusable ear plugs so I don't have to need to purchase throw away earplugs to trash the environment with more of my consumption but sadly that's not the case in reality due to reasons above

I have found these really good, love that you get 3x different sizes. I have found comfortable and have reduced noise. I work a lot of nights, not been disturbed.

Living in a block of flats, where sounds travel as vibrations through walls and floors, there are always going to be some sleepless nights every now and then, even if your neighbours are of the quiet type. I got these earplugs just to help me on these few occasions, but found myself using them a lot more than expected.Comfort-wise, these earplugs are made of a very soft type of silicon and are designed to not protrude, thus being friendly to side sleepers like me. They feel a bit weird and I was not too confident initially that they would be ok for prolonged use, but I have never experienced any fatigue or pain when I wake up. There is also a small hole for automatic pressure adjustment, which is very welcome, since the seal with the ear canal is super tight.When it comes to noise reduction, they are as good as it gets.Obviously different people will have different opinions on that, but I expect the vast majority to be covered by this product.Most sounds are still audible, after all our ears are not the only way we are experiencing sound. However, what you hear is extremely muffled and there is no sharpness to the frequencies that our ears are most sensitive to. This means that nothing is going to mess with your sleep. Be it snoring, tv sounds, dehumidifiers and fridges, heated up conversations, crying kids next door, the vibrating bass from the guy's subwoofer downstairs that made it in your room through the walls...At the same time I was happy to find out that I could still hear alarm sounds (even though I had to turn up the volume on my phone a bit). I must say though that If you have trouble waking up to alarms, this product is only gonna make things worse.All in all, these earplugs are the most simple, affordable and immediate way to have uninterrupted sleeps. They might not be for everybody, but for what they cost they are totally worth a try before searching for other solutions.

They didnt block out much sound,but i do have really good hearing.

These are the best, most comfortable ear plugs I have tried. Previous plugs have been relatively firmer silicon, and painful with a foam neck pillow; others just fell out, unable to anchor properly. These are soft, anatomically shaped, and rest comfortably in the ear canal all night. Easy to insert, easy to remove. I bought large. Excellent quality, and value for money. Gentle cleansing with warm water and small amount of soap or gel. Just bought my second pair as 'spare'. I don't usually write this much on a product, but these deserve the accolade.

I bought size S and it was good d decision, because I had problems before with using earplugs even after training.They work lovely, don't close any pain or pressure, that would disturb my sleep. Not sticking out either (I'm a side sleeper, so it's important). Great improvement to my menopausal night sleep. I also like small handy case for putting them away.

A piece of trash

I never review things but these, seriously they have been my buy of the year. Absolute best thing for any one with a new born. I hear my baby perfectly when needed and nothing else in between.

Great product, well worth it

Le confort est vraiment bon, y compris pour dormir sur le côté, ce qui est souvent le point faible de ce type de bouchons.Ils tiennent bien en place pendant la nuit et je peux les porter plusieurs heures sans gêne particulière.L’isolation n’est évidemment pas totale, mais elle est suffisamment efficace pour atténuer nettement les bruits et faciliter le sommeil.Confortables, efficaces et bien conçus. Très bon produit.
