As a light sleeper with a partner who snores I highly recommend these and have just replaced mine for the third time. They don’t keep out 100% of sound but for me they are the best ‘all rounder’ I’ve found in that they are very comfortable and easy to wear, they last well, can be easily cleaned and have a good level of noise reduction both for the close by sound and for traffic noise from the street. I started off with the bigger size which still worked well but realised the smaller ones are far more comfortable for me as a side sleeper and I think keep more noise out for me. I think the price is reasonable given how much my sleep has improved and how many wears you get them from them 😴

With ear plugs, it is important to remember that any review is subjective. I say that because if I had taken heed of the negative reviews of these selfies ear plugs, I wouldn’t have taken a chance of them. Now I have tried many ear plugs, from, to unbranded, to foam and many variations of the alpine brand.When I say these reviews are subject you need to remember that reviews of ear plugs are VERY much down to personal preferences and different ear types. For example it wasn’t until I tried many many different ear plugs that I even know that my left ear canal is much smaller and narrower than the right. To the point that in the left, I struggle to fit even small ear plugs comfortably.Some of the negative reviews of these Apline sleep Deep had out me off, but I was at the point I was tired of my left ear canal throbbing after a few days. So for the sake of £13 I eventually caved and decided my peace and quiet was worth a punt for that price.I’M REALLY GLAD I DID.most other ear plugs I had tried, including other Alpine ones either fell out, didn’t cut enough noise out and fell out midway through the night.These SLEEP DEEP ones, in size small for my left ear and medium for the right, cut out so much more noise I was amazed. They claim on the lack they cut out up to 27db. They certainly cut the most noise out of any other earplug I’ve tried. (I’ve tried multiple Loop variations, foam ones, silicone ones and other Alpine ones).Most important they didn’t hurt my left ear canal after use AND what’s more they didn’t fall out overnight like ALL other ear plugs I tried.So in summary:Excellent noise reduction. - but bear in mind everyone’s ear canal, is different and so they may not fit you the same as they did meThe small is great for people with tiny ear canalsComfortable and did not hurt my ears during or after use.Worked very well for me as a side sleeperDon’t fall out over night.My ONLY niggle, which is why I only gave four stars, is that they’re marketed with a 100 night use. Time will tell if they last longer.But I throughly recommend these.

These don’t work, I’d give zero stars if I could, total waste of money! If you must buy them, buy them from the retailer and not off Amazon, as unless you buy from the manufacturer you cannot use the retailers 100 day satisfaction return guarantee. I read up a lot on noise reduction ear buds, and chose these due to reviews and recommendations on level of noise blocking. I purchased the multi size pack to be on the safe side and after trying both they honestly don’t block any noise at all. The small just fall out, and using the larger size just dig uncomfortably into my ear the same as using my usual silicone dots do, but offers zero noise reduction at all unlike the silicone dots. When I tried to return the item due to them not doing what the say they do, I now find I can’t as I bought them off Amazon and not the manufacturer.

Oh Joy. I had the opportunity to try these as soon as they arrived. We have a very inconsiderate neighbour who runs the refrigeration unit on his van for hours day and night. The constant hum is awful. I ordered the duel pack and find the small is ideal for me. When they arrived the said neighbour had just parked up so I tried them immediately, at first I thought they were going to be a waste of money. Then I watched the video using the QR code. It takes a but of fiddling but I eventually get them in correctly. Joy. It completely cut out the droning noise. I have yet to try them out during the night but have high hopes.

They are comfy and help keep sound to a minimum

I very rarely post reviews but I just had to on this product — to reassure anyone who’s been going through similar to my husband and I. We haven’t shared a bed in over a year due to his incessant and loud snoring, and my quality of sleep was severely impacted. Since using the ear plugs, we have been able to share a bed again and my quality of sleep has massively improved. They are incredibly comfortable and sit in the ear really well. I’m a side sleeper and there is no issue with sleeping on my side when using these as they are super soft and the quality vs cost cannot be compared. I’ve used loops in the past and they do not touch these.They don’t fall out if you put them in correctly and I believe that they should last for 100 sleeps? I’ve been using them for a month now with no issues. They come with a small carry case to keep them in so was able to take them on holiday recently too.

Don’t often give reviews but felt on this occasion they was worth itAfter me and my partner spending 10 months in separate rooms because of his snoring, my daughter decided to move back home and my spare rooms was going. He moved back in to our room and I ended up on the settee 3 nights in a row. I could barely function due to tiredness.I decided I would try ear plugs, looked at more expensive and saw these and thought nothing to loose.Let ne tell you, I had the best nights sleep, I heard nothing. Night after night, it was heaven.Now I’m not going to lie my ears were a little tender in the mornings but soon wore off and occasionally they do come outI would definitely recommend giving them ago
