Another great product for serving hot/cold food. It says disposable, but the only thing I throw away is the pans. For hot food, replace the 2 hour burners with 6 hour burners from Amazon. You won't regret it. When dinner is over, fold all the pans up put them into the garbage. What could be easier? I replace them with pans from the local grocer.Also can serve cold food. My favorite way to serve cold crab. Punch holes in the bottom of the two smaller pan. Fill each pan with ice. Put the crab down into the ice. As the ice melts, the water drops through the holes and falls into the larger pan below. The crab stays fresh and cool but doesn't become soggy by floating around in melted ice.

This set was more than I could have hoped for! I got it for a buffet Christmas Eve party for 40 and it was perfect! The food was warm and appetizing on the table. Liquid fuel is included and lasted a little longer than labeled - for us the food stayed hot for about 3 hours. The frames are totally reusable, and we will be reusing the large trays (for water), and several of the smaller aluminum trays were recyclable. (Easy to pick up at the grocery store though). The frames nest easily for storage.

I ordered this product and received it within 3 days. It came professional packaged and the delivery person placed the package in our porch while we were at work. I ordered this set for Thanksgiving 2014, and am planning on using it again for Christmas meals. As a person who worked in the food industry for a number of years I was very familiar with similar (heavy duty) setups. This is a very good practical solution for those who are looking for a way to keep numerous dishes warm for a good length of time. The aluminum parts and fuel cans can be replaced. I greatly appreciated the number of serving utensils that came with the package, and the approve was a nice touch. I would and will order this product again in the future.

Fantastic set and value for the money. Worked wonderfully. My only negative thing to say was that the foil plates seemed to get very hot and the food dried out after a few hours, more so than in a real chafing dish....but what do you expect for the price? Overall, good value and I would recommend it!

Perfect for my wedding reception we had out of town. Not having to bring it all back made it completely worth it.

We had 26 people over for Christmas and purchased two sets to keep our food warm. They were perfect. I was honestly hesitant due to how cheap the set costs but the quality was great. The smaller pans were a bit thinner than the ones you can purchase at the grocery store but we didn't directly cook in most of them but rather transferred the food to them. For the one I did cook in, I used a cookie sheet underneath it in the oven.

It came on time with everything I needed. It was perfect for the food that I had. The only thing that was confusing was how to light up the gel to heat up the food, but then again we were in a rush to get things together before the party and didn't read the directions. Anyways, great product.

Nice product, I didn't check around for prices and after I ordered I found the same exact thing for 25.00 cheaper.. so lesson learned
