However, it does smell the first few days because of being vacuumed sealed, but I washed the cover when it arrived which helped a little but it will take a couple of days before the smell is gone. It’s great support for neck and spinal alignment. I would buy them again.

This pillow was amazing although I should have read the washing directions better. Do not wash in a washing machine. It was a beautiful and wonderful pillow until then it’s very soft and had a smoothe material to where my daughter wanted to not put a scratchy pillowcase as she said on top of it
