High quality thermistor and heating tube are up to 260℃, with fast rising temperature, precise temperature control and good stability. 2. The optimized internal structure of the seamless connection between Hotend and Heat Break accelerates the hotend to dissipate heat and thermal break to isolate heat, allowing nozzle blockage to pass. 3. Silicone insulated socks with flame retardant, they have good heat preservation effect and effectively keep the heat block and hotend clean. 4. 0.4mm ultra fine thermal break wall with excellent thermal insulation, the roughness of the inner hole is a smooth Ra0.4 filament. The optimized design of the thermal brake decreases the temperature loss of the heating block by reducing heat conduction, and at the same time it transfers its temperature to the radiator, which ensures production stability.

Review: Made my printer new again - You do have to be somewhat handy to install this. Takeoff the bottom wheel of the old one to remove it, take off the bottom wheel of the new one to install it. To get the screw back into the washer and the nut you will need a flat wrench and maybe a pair of tweezers to hold the washer. In order to access it I had to unscrew two screws that were holding the fan cover on, and then I unscrewed the next two screws that held the hot end. Product came brand new and completely revived my printer. This was money well spent.

You do have to be somewhat handy to install this. Takeoff the bottom wheel of the old one to remove it, take off the bottom wheel of the new one to install it. In order to access it I had to unscrew two screws that were holding the fan cover on, and then I unscrewed the next two screws that held the hot end. Product came brand new and completely revived my printer. This was money well spent.
