Can the mattress be machine wash and dry?

You could machine wash it but I would let it air dry. You don't want heat to mess it up and the yumbling could possibly cause issues too. Honestly you can just hose it off and let it dry though. Super simple

What are the sizes recommended to avoid acid reflux and baby spitting milk?

It is recommended that the height of the crib differs by one height gear. For example, close to the foot position, set the height of one gear, and set the height of the head side to the second gear.

Does this bassinet have casters or not? Most all reviews show and state this doesn't, which is confusing because description says it does.
