Compared to the mustard the mayo is not as great m, but if it were standalone, it would get five stars. I guess I’m giving the mayo five stars and the mustard far more, but unfortunately that’s not ranking that is available on desertcart. We cooked lamb shank in the mustard and it was amazing. I used the mayo with eggs and it was great too.. Both go well as do much more than just glue on a sandwich. I get 1 set a month. I pace my consumption so that I don’t run out before the next one gets here. It’s delicious on grilled salmon, chicken. It sure elevates the flavor of the dish. **Q: What is the nutrition information?** A: Well, it's mayonnaise, so you can probably figure it out from there. The info on the lid is in metric system - for 100g serving (which I think is somewhere between 5 and 6 tablespoons) - 745 calories, 82g fat, 1.3g protein, 0.86g salt and less than 0.5g of carbs. **Q: does this need to be refrigerated immediately or just refrigerated after opening? This will be a gift & must be hidden (not in fridge) for a week** A: I have tried this recipe before with just regular mayo and it tasted good. I have now tried it with this mayo + truffle and it is much better. Yes, it sounds like a weird combination but came across this recipe from a friend's bbq at his house a few years ago. You can also make it with a toaster oven has same effect. **Q: Love TH truffles on burgers but wonder, if amount of truffles in this is just 2%, is it better to make fresh mayo and add truffles to taste?** A: Fir my use I find it to be the perfect blend of mayo and truffle. A little goes a long way to impart a delish flavor. It’s great on turkey burgers too! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very special treat to my family and self *by L***A on May 9, 2026* The mustard is to die for.
