This ice pack set is fantastic! The packs stay cold for a long time and are perfect for soothing injuries, swelling, and sore muscles. I love that they are flexible even when frozen, making them easy to wrap around knees, ankles, or shoulders. The size is just right, and having three in the set means I can rotate them when needed. Durable, comfortable, and highly effective—this is a must-have for any home first aid kit!

This is a great product. I'm recovering from a foot injury and the large size of the ice pack is just the right length and width to wrap all the way around my forefoot. (I have a small skinny foot so it might not be long enough for you. Best to measure your foot to check.) The Velcro strap holds it on well. It's easy to put it on myself and it stays in place while I'm adjusting the pillows to elevate it. It holds it's cold temperature plenty long enough. It's still very cold even after 15 minutes use. It's soft and comfortable but it can be a little stiff if very frozen. It helps to knead it a little and let it soften a little before use. I prefer to wear a sock underneath to keep it from being too cold on my skin.

I've had these ice packs for about 8 months and have used them quite a bit, especially on my knees and when I've had really bad headaches. I've only used them cold so far. I haven't tried using them warm because I prefer using a rice pack when I want something warm rather than taking the time to heat these up. They stay cold for a good amount of time—at least around 20 minutes for me, which is enough time for the area to get used to the cold. I also really like having three in the set. Once one isn't cold enough anymore, I can swap it out for another one and keep going. They're fairly stiff when they first come out of the freezer, but they are still flexible enough to move around. They don't immediately conform to your body or stay exactly where you put them, but after they've been out of the freezer for a little while, they become much more flexible and conform really well. I especially like using them on my knees because I can fold them around the knee to get coverage where I want it. I also like that they're smaller than a lot of other ice packs. This makes them good for targeting a specific area without making a large portion of your body cold. The downside to their smaller size is that they don't stay frozen as long as some of the larger ice packs I've used. For me, though, having three makes up for that somewhat because I can rotate them. Overall, these have worked well for what I use them for, and I like having multiple smaller packs available rather than one large one.

I use these for pain management and to reduce swelling. The ice packs are thin so you can wrap them around most parts of your body snugly and strap it in place with the Velcro on the sleeve. They come back to body temperature within 30 minutes or so, but because you get 2 you can rotate them through the freezer and they re-freeze quickly. Honestly, they help me more than pain meds. I’ve only used them as cold packs, never as heat pads. They are a good size for localized pain. I’ve had these for 4 years now and they are still intact and don’t leak. I accidentally gave one away because I was using it to chill wine. It was mailed back to me and survived USPS with no special packaging. Easy to clean.

This ice pack is amazing and super convenient that it comes with 2 ice packs so you always have one ready. I rarely leave reviews but this ice pack is so versatile and helpful. I'm currently dealing w back and elbow issues and this icepack is malleable enough to provide solid compression and relief to both areas. Highly recommend

My husband has a very bad back, pain in the level or 9 and 10 at times. He wanted to use cold pack but they would not stay in place. So I searched Amazon to see what they have and found this. WOW this is an awesome product. The gel packs are easy to use and freeze nicely. They are no too bitter cold but really cold to use. The best thin is the wrap that goes around the waist. It is easy to use and fits the gel packs nicely. He can sit with this on, sleep with this on and do daily chores with this on. It really is a much if you have someone with backpain where you just can't get the cold pack to stay in place. This also covers most of the lower back which is really nice there is not moving the pack around, it covers the area.

This works really well. They stay cold for a while and can be wrapped around a body part such as your ankle and strapped to stay in place. The velcro is very strong and keeps it in place. I ordered it for a sprained ankle and it's been a life saver.

I am a professional barber, currently 4 weeks post-op for a major shoulder repair (90% shredded tendon) and managing chronic cervical spinal stenosis. I purchased my first set of these on August of last year, and they have been an absolute staple in my daily recovery routine since then. ​ Durability & Real-World Use: For the price, the longevity is incredible. I put these through the ringer every single day while working behind the chair and while maintaining a house literally. They eventually opened at the seams but I honestly think that was my fault—I was constantly transitioning the same packs from the freezer to the microwave, and sometimes heating them for too long. The extreme temperature swings eventually stressed the material. ​My Pro-Tip for Longevity: I just bought my second set because I love them so much, but I’m doing things differently this time to make them last even longer. I recommend designating one pack for 'Always Cold' and one for 'Always Heat.' By not stressing the material with those back-and-forth temperature swings, they should last indefinitely! ​Why they are perfect for workers: What sets these apart is how 'slouchy' and pliable they are. I can actually wear these under my apron at work at Sport Clips. They fold perfectly over my shoulder and tuck under my clothing without being bulky. Update:I’m updating my previous positive review because the quality has significantly dropped. I recently purchased a second set, and both packs have already split open at the seams in less than two months. ​Unlike my first set, these are a lighter blue color and feel much thinner. Most importantly, I only used these for cold therapy and never put them in the microwave, yet they still failed. The "dual-use" claim didn't hold up even with gentle use. I reached out to the seller over 48 hours ago regarding the defect and have received no response. ​Pros: None for this new version. Cons: Poor seam construction, inconsistent coloring, and unresponsive customer service. I've added a photos of the updated split seam on both of them.

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

Not sure why, but the ice pack, 1) does not bend well after freezing, 2) cold is not sustained or the wrap is too thick to feel the coldness.
