Tonkotsu ramen broth concentrate 10pk

The Kitchen Kurume ramen broth concentrate is fantastic. It’s very easy to use and creates a rich, flavorful ramen broth without being overly salty like many packaged soup bases. What I liked: Simple to prepare Great, authentic ramen flavor Not overly salty Because it’s a concentrate, you can control how strong you want the broth A little goes a long way I really appreciate being able to adjust the strength of the broth depending on how rich I want the soup. I used it to make a quick ramen bowl with noodles, vegetables, and a soft-boiled egg, and the flavor was excellent. It’s also versatile enough to use as a base for other soups or noodle dishes. Overall, this is a high-quality, convenient ramen broth that I will definitely be buying again.

I've always bought Tonkotsu Ramen broth from Kitchen Kurume. It tastes good. Sent on time. And value for money. I can use 1 pack twice!

Every time I open up one of these little liquid packages to make some Ramen I think I need to write a review. This stuff is great. Like absolutely great. It has such a deep and rich umami flavor with ginger and scallion all those other things you think about with delicious Ramen broth all in this little packet. To make it, I put a pot of water on the stove, I add in the liquid from this packet, and some frozen handmade noodles from the Asian store. I drop in an egg in the shell to let it soft boil while it cooks, I throw in some fish balls and squid balls and lobster balls, some vegetables and just let it go for five or six minutes. I top it with some freshly sliced scallions, a few sesame seeds, and a little sesame oil. It makes an absolutely terrific Ramen bowl. A box of these sauces has like 20 in there so it’ll last you a while. But I know as soon as I’m out I’m ordering again. This is an excellent product!

The broth concentrate is good but unfortunately the package does not give water to concentrate ratios making it a bit of a hassel to get the flavor right with 3 cups of water it is still very concentrated and salty, but once watered down right it taste good

Delicious! Our family loves ramen. This is a great at home option along with fresh noodles of our choice. The broth is just a tad salty for our taste but diluting + adding in all the other extras (pork/swirly fish cake), corn, mushroom, bamboo shoot, spinach, soft boiled egg makes enough for 2 bowls of ramen. Excellent!

I love tonkotsu broth and often enjoy this without anything added (except unflavored collagen peptides) but I have also used it for a base for ramen and even a braised pork I made in the crockpot and it is incredible. My only word of caution is that it’s very concentrated, one pouch is more like 3-4 servings of just broth—a little goes a long way and it’s definitely salty if not diluted sufficiently. That says, the flavor has ruined me for all other broth, 10/10 Highly Recommend!!

I have been buying this for over a year now, and it’s become a staple where I always keep it on hand now. The broth on its own has a really nice consistency and is pretty rich, mixes well with hot sauces like Buldak! For the value for money, it’s saved me a lot on takeout when I’m craving ramen, I kind of invest in it as my “compromise” between instant and spending $25 for takeout. I’ve been able to make healthier meals over takeout because I can add my own meats and veggies too. I feel like for quantity you get $3.30 a packet ain’t too bad for when you want more substantial ramen at home.

This has an amazing flavor. As I was adding the packet to a cup and I tried a small part. I knew immediately that it was going to be good. And sure enough after adding the water to it. It was an amazing broth. If you like tonkotsu ramen then this is a good broth and is easy for making tonkotsu ramen at home.

The picture and ad looks nice, but it’s too expensive for a small amount of soup. Doesn’t even come with noodles.
