This fabric really works. Just know its limits and how to use it . . .
You need to experiment with layers. Place your Phone inside and a bluetooth speaker playing your music on the outside and then fold the fabric into layers to make a tube and then old the ends over. When the music stops. Add another layer for the just in case scenario.Tape the ends, do not sew holes into the fabric (Tape it). If you need a ruggedized snag free product, use 3M Duct Tape to cover the Inside and Outside once you found out how many layers work. EMP protection only works if your stuff is in a faraday bag or cage when an EMP goes off. That being said, this kind of stuff is for your back up, not your everyday use items. I bought 2 of these for the here's the "NUKE-ies" EMP time. I wish they had CAR COVERS. It would be an inexpensive way to protect your vehicle.

Nice quality
I was looking for a soft fabric and I do believe this would have taken care of what I was looking for, but I found something else that met my needs much better so I returned this one

CME Faraday Cage Protection
This "CME Faraday Cage Protection" fabric works well, and is exactly what I was looking for to protect my electronics. I covered my cell phone with one layer of this fabric and bundled it up underneath and the call signal from another cell, did not get through and the call went directly to voice mail. I highly recommend this product. Dwight

My little experiment.
I bought this to curtain a smart meter, wasn't sure how effective it would be. At a later date I brought a cheapo K2 ghost hunt EMF reader just to check it out. The meter goes ape around my router, and when I hung the material in front of the router the K2 reverted to stand-by, so feeling am a little happier...

Good fabric to work with
Costly but worth it. This fabric is easy to work with and does block out EMF. The seams mist be good.

Works Great
Was surprised this worked so good, wraped it round my phone then no signal, wraped it round my router again no signal, then tacked a sheet over the front of my electric box where the smart meter is, and it blocked that signal as well. The smart meter was pinging every 10 seconds at about 200 on my RF detector, so glad to see that gone. I now turn my router off as now have ethernet connections so no Wifi RF signals at all in the house, well only very week signals from neighbours but they are so week they should not be a problem.
