I had a mastectomy n bras don’t fit right. The cups r too big or to small. Willthese work to fill in space of a bigger cup or is it just for push up?

I had finished chemotherapy and lost 80 pounds and my breasts were much smaller so I use these under my breasts to help fill up the cup because the top of my cups were empty.  These inserts made my breasts look fuller.  Hope this helps.  they are to be used under the breasts

I’m wearing a smaller cup demi bra under a gown for a wedding. i’m a b-c cup. will the large be too big to fit a smaller cupped bra?

I think they should fit... although they do fill your bra and boost your cleavage quite a bit they are not very big. I am a D so they do fit in all my bras. I will say a trick that might help is to buy 2 sets of the smaller size and stack them so that you don't end up with them peeking out if the demi doesn't cover them comfortably. We used to do this back stage at fashion shows and it works very well. Just stack them like an oreo and put them stacked in the outer side so it lifts and pushes them together. Make sure you adjust your straps a bit (if you don't have a pocket for them in the bra and your straps are too tight they can pop out the bottom but of you adjust they will stay put all night). What would be a good size for a 38B to make them fuller ans bigger, the M or L?

Once breasts reach 40c's or larger, the inserts tend to get enveloped by your breasts.
You can manipulate the insert anyway you want, with any bra you want..... but with breasts that large, the inserts do no good. Ive never seen 40a's, 40b's, rarely 40c's.....those bras would be extremely loose and roomy. IF your breasts FILL your bra nicely...then the inserts can help create cleavage if thats your desire. For breasts 40 and larger youd need even bigger inserts......for most women that large, you should consider the KIND of bra
needed.  That has more to do with how you want them to look then trying to make them appear different.

Question 4

Will these work for someone who is already a DD and needs more lift/support in a swimsuit?

The rounded side is placed downward. the flatter side up. lift your breast to sit on the flat side. This should fill out your swimsuit.
