Easiest install ever.
Just follow that YouTube video on your phone as you do it, super easy. They mail you all the speciality tools. Take your time this is worth it. Now I don’t even have to take my phone out of my pocket. This is on my 2015 mustang with sync 2. The wireless CarPlay plugs into one of your USB connectors. You still have another data usb and the cig plug to add more usbs.

Sync 2 to Sync 3 in about an hour!
My wife has been bugging me for CarPlay for her 2015 Mustang for quite a while now. Due to the chip shortages (for various reasons), getting a decent high end head unit is next to impossible. A friend of mine turned me on to this when he did the upgrade in his Raptor. Seller communication was good and for a package coming from leterally 1/2 way around the world, the arrival time was measured in days and not weeks which is IMPRESSIVE!! Install was simple since I've had this dash apart before. System booted right up after install and there don't seem to be any issues that I've found so far. All in all, a really seamless upgrade!
